Summit Coffee is a local favorite, and I'm here to confirm the hype is real! Over the weekend, I stopped by for a Saturday morning pick-me-up. Shamelessly, I tried both the Banana Cream Pie Iced Latte and the Peach Lemonade--and I'm so glad I did! Both drinks were perfectly crafted and full of flavor. I also ordered the Cinnamon Twist, which had just the right amount of cinnamon and paired perfectly with my drink. The ambiance was another highlight. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff, and a playlist full of classic hits, it was the perfect spot to relax, catch up with a friend, or get a little work done. If you're looking for a cozy café with great drinks and even better vibes, Summit Coffee is definitely worth the visit.

If I’m paying $10 for a matcha latte I expect the latte to be consist. I usually love it. But whoever was on bar needs to get off. I got milk with a side of matcha and ice. More than half of the cup was filled with milk. I know what a latte is. I know how your guys matcha typically looks like and this ain’t it. I asked for more matcha but even now it’s not edible. I had to toss away a large $10 drink. Used to love this place but no longer will be returning.

Such a cute little coffee shop!!! The employees and baristas here are so kind and welcoming.!! I visited summit coffee for the first time and was so kindly welcomed and given coffee suggestions! The matcha here is excellent!!! Truly a rich matcha flavor! There is no food or pastries on the menu so food options are limited to coffee and non coffee! Will definitely come back to try more combinations! Drinks are very customizable!

I had come here for coffee because the decoration is cute. But I come here for review for the hospitality of Lisa who warmed up the pastries for me. She explained every pastry and other savory options. We had a miscommunication because of my communication turned off after working and they thought I wanted a blackberry muffin so she gave me both blackberry danish and red velvet muffin! That mistake made me feel so happy. The warmed up muffin had a slightly crispy top that reminds me of how we bake pastry back in my hometown. Thanks to Lisa and manager Jersey.

There are plenty of spots in the parking lot. The coffee shop looks small in the front but has more seating outdoors and in the back. The staff are very friendly and energetic. I like that they offer to reheat the pastries for you. I tried their velvet muffin, cinnamon twist, and gruyere sesame braid. They all tasted good, but my favorite was the cinnamon twist. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area!
